Askarasoft Bitrix24 Connectors

How to use

  1. You must have a Bitrix24 cloud or on-premise account, you can visit askarasoft.com to ask, or you can do it via live chat on this page.
  2. Go to the developer resources menu, or via the https://*your_domain*/devops page
  3. Make sure your Bitrix application is publicly accessible
  4. Next, after entering the developer resources menu, enter the Common use cases submenu
  5. Select the other menu
  6. Select local application
  7. Select server as local application type
  8. In the handler path field, enter the following URL
    https://bx24-connectors.askarasoft.com?c=system.handler
  9. In the installation path field, enter the following URL
    https://bx24-connectors.askarasoft.com?c=system.install
  10. Name it Askarasoft Connectors
  11. Give scope: messageservice, im, imopenlines, imconnector, crm, imbot, bizproc
  12. Click save
  13. After clicking save, the client_id and client_secret will appear. Make sure you have copied both, because after this you need to input the client_id and client_secret on Askarasoft Bitrix24 Connectors
  14. Click the open application button
  15. Enter the client_id and client_secret that you have copied, then click save. You will be taken to the oauth page
  16. Click install on the desired connector
  17. After successfully installing, go to the contact center page or https://*your_domain*/contact_center
  18. After that you will see the connector you installed is already installed with the Askarasoft prefix
